We’re proud to announce our Water Wells and Geothermal business units have officially combined and rebranded as Specialist Drilling - marking an exciting new chapter in the growth and evolution of our services, and another step forward for ONE Igne.

This change reflects much more than a new name.  It recognises the breadth and technical sophistication of the services we already deliver and the expansion of our capabilities across diverse and complex drilling projects throughout the UK.

Why the change?

While our teams have established a strong reputation in the water and geothermal sectors, their expertise already extends well beyond those boundaries.  By becoming Specialist Drilling, the team is better positioned to:

• Reflect the growth and diversification of services already being delivered.
• Pursue new opportunities across a broader range of industries and sectors.
• Communicate more clearly to clients and partners what we can offer.
• Stay aligned with ONE Igne’s wider growth and advancement strategy.

What’s changing: (and what’s not!)

Branding updates will be introduced, including refreshed vehicle livery, updated email footers, and website content.

Importantly, this rebrand does not involve any changes to team members’ roles, contracts, or terms and conditions.  It’s a positive, strategic move that opens doors - without altering the foundations that make Igne strong.

As Specialist Drilling, the team is poised to take on broader, more complex, and larger-scale drilling projects, continuing to deliver the quality, innovation, and reliability that clients expect from one Igne.
