Reports Assistant

This role will be supporting the team in processing incoming site data and helping to produce high‑quality factual reports for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing and organising incoming site data to support the production of factual reports.
  • Assisting the reports team in compiling accurate, client‑ready documentation.
  • Sending completed and verified information to clients in a timely manner.
  • Carrying out general administrative duties as required.

Person Specification:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong time‑management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
