Service Desk Team Leader
Igne is looking for a Service Desk Team Leader to join our team in Ross-on-Wye. This is a full-time position that includes occasional travel across the UK. In this role, you'll lead a team of three helpdesk professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high quality service delivery. We are Igne Group Limited, a synergetic amalgamation of six companies, renowned within our respective fields, with over 350 years of combined experience. A one-stop-shop for pre- and post-construction services. Igne’s six service categories are: site investigation, testing, unexploded ordnance, water wells, geothermal, and geo-environmental.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a small team of technicians
- Responsible for delivering IT projects
- Implementing process improvements
- Supporting users
- Manage tickets within service level agreement
- Identify and Improve service desk functionality and process
- Maintain infrastructure and IT security levels
Person Specification:
- At least 3 years technical problem solving experience
- Thorough knowledge of M365 & Azure stack
- Thorough knowledge of Intune
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to gather and assimilate information
- Ability to work under pressure
Desirable Qualifications:
- Relevant degree (Computer Science, IT, Software or Systems Engineering)
- AZ-104 Azure Administrator Associate
- MD-102 M365 Endpoint Administrator
